We have been dismantling and reconstructing buildings on new sites since 1980. We move the entire building from frame to trim to flooring, as opposed to just the frame.

Perry House - East Poultney, VT 1790
1790 Perry House 32' x 42' Removed from East Poultney, VT Two story gunstock posted frame, complete as we found it. In addition to complete hardwood (mostly) timber frame, full set of wide pine flooring, sheathing, clapboard, panelled stair, most doors, various configurations of board panelling, chair rail, or wainscot in most rooms. Corner fireplaces in 7 of 8 rooms has been removed in the Victorian era. Building suffered a small fire, but only evidence is in the attic. Roof rafters altered to

Roof rafters altered to lower roof pitch during Greek Revival. Package to include new set white oak rafters cut to original pitch.
Exquisite, beautifully executed 18th century timber frame.
